If all the refillable mugs bear the same design at all the resorts - how do they know which resort you are staying at when you refill? I thought the beverage stations are passed the cashier stands?

    Hi Brandy,

The official Disney word on this subject is that refillable mugs may be used at the resort where they were purchased, during the stay that they were purchased.

You will however no doubt see guests choosing to ignore the rule and using refillable mugs purchased during previous stays and refilling cups at different resorts to where they were originally purchased.

You are quite right in what you say as they are all the same design, there is no way of knowing when and where they were originally purchased.

In situations like this, my family always remember what our friend Jiminy Cricket said "always let your conscience be your guide"

    Wishing you a magical trip!
