Can you use your refillable mug at the Swan and Dolphin?

    Hey There, Melissa!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for dropping by with your question today.  OMG!  Can you believe that you're less than a week away from arriving at Walt Disney World Resort? After all that planning (and dreaming!) the wait is almost over!  As you finish up any last-minute items on your to-do list this week, I recommend opening up the My Disney Experience mobile app to double-check that you've made a Disney Park Pass reservation for each day that you plan to visit one of the four Walt Disney World theme parks –– remember, you'll need valid admission and a park reservation for each day.  Once you've confirmed that those are in place, you'll be ready to hit the ground running when you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth this Friday!

For my kids, our Walt Disney World vacation hasn't truly started until they've each selected a refillable Resort mug to use throughout our visit. Not only do they love stopping for refills on their favorite beverages during our stay, but they're the perfect way to sprinkle a little Disney magic on our hot cocoa or tea once we return home. However, while you'll find refillable beverage stations at all Disney Resorts Collection hotels, you won't be able to refill those adorable mugs at the Walt Disney World Swan, Walt Disney World Dolphin, or Walt Disney World Swan Reserve hotels.

While this might not have been exactly the news you were hoping for, don't forget that once you've purchased a mug, you're welcome to refill it at any Resort.  So, since the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve hotels are right next to both Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts and Disney's BoardWalk Inn, you always have the option to swing by any of the refillable stations at these Resorts to quench your thirst. If you're staying at one of the Resorts around Crescent Lake, I also recommend bringing your mugs with you when you visit EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios (as long as you have room in your park bag, of course).  That way, it's easy to stop in at Hurricane Hanna's Grill or BoardWalk Deli for a refill on your way to and from the parks.

Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Melissa.  I'm wishing you safe travels and lots of pixie dust during your Walt Disney World Resort visit!
