how does the refillable mug program work? Do you just go up and fill it or do you have to wait in line and show a cast member you mug or key? I'm a little confused.

Hi, Denise!  The refillable mugs could not be easier to use.   Simply purchase a mug at your resort's food court (about $12.99 plus tax) and you get free refills for your entire vacation.   You will find a drink station in your food court with sodas, coffee, decaf, tea, and hot chocolate.   It is completely self serve and you just walk up as often as you want.   At the drink station, you will also find a sink to rinse out your mug, straws, sugar, sweeteners and anything else you might need to enjoy your beverage!    And, at the end of your vacation, take your mug home with you as a fun and useful souvenir (I have mine with me right now filled with ice water!)   Have a great vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
