Hi Melissa!
As a fellow Texan my blood type is a certain overly-educated lone-star-born soft drink. As a toddler-mom I need coffee to function. Walt Disney World Resort does not currently offer a refillable drink cup to be used in their four theme parks. And I'm pretty sure the reason is because if they did, they know I would consume all of the soda and coffee, leaving none for anybody else. They'd be dry for weeks after I left.
However, guests of Disney Resort Hotels are able to purchase a refillable beverage mug that is valid for the length of their entire stay. Also included in all
Disney Dining Plans, these mugs can be filled with soda, coffee, tea or hot chocolate from your resort hotel's Quick Service dining location. What's really neat is that you can take them with you to another Disney Resort Hotel should you resort hop.
Just for fun, I've wrangled up some
dining locations where you
can get refills of awesome things:
~ Counter-Service Dining Locations provide complimentary cups of ice water upon request.
~ The Backlot Express, Satu'li Canteen, Restaurantosaurus, Electric Umbrella and Sunshine Seasons all have self-service beverage stations where refills are possible.
~ Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review and Mickey's Backyard BBQ includes refills of beer or wine.
~ Both The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park and Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge offer All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Milkshakes in four flavors.
~ And finally, popcorn buckets can be refilled for $1.50 per refill for your entire length of stay. (Bonus: Keep your eyes peeled for
specialty popcorn buckets!)
We'll See You Soon, Melissa!
