Can we refill water bottles in the parks? Is the meal plan available? Is the magic bus from airport to disney available 3/2022?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Lorraine. I'm so glad you've stopped by to chat about a few of the questions that you have while planning your Walt Disney World vacation. I see that you are visiting in March. March is my daughter's birthday month and we are always celebrating at Walt Disney World. It's such a lovely month to visit, you are going to have so much fun.

Lorraine, you are absolutely able to refill your water bottle at Walt Disney World. You'll be able to find water fountains and water fountains with bottle filling stations scattered throughout the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I've recently started carrying a refillable water bottle with me around the theme parks and I really enjoy it. I do want to share a tip with you about refilling your bottle. At any quick service dining location, you can request a complimentary cup of ice water. The cups are small but there is no limit on how many you can ask for. I've been using these to fill up my water bottle instead of the refilling stations because the addition to ice makes it super cold and so refreshing. So when you need a refill, just look for a quick service dining location instead.

Currently, the Disney Dining Plan is not yet available to Guests. It has not yet returned since the shutdown of Walt Disney World last year. We do have confirmation from the Disney Parks Blog that it will, indeed, come back to us but at that time they were not sure as to when. Since then, there has not been another update so that is the most up-to-date information that we have at this time. I've been keeping an eye out over on the Disney Parks Blog anticipating another announcement coming soon.

At the end of this year, Lorraine, Disney's Magical Express Service is being discontinued. You will need to find your own means of transportation to Walt Disney World from the airport and back again. Some ideas that I have for you would be to use a traditional taxi, a ride-share service or a car for hire service like a town car, passenger van, SUV or if you are really fancy even a limousine! Also, Mears, the company that Walt Disney World was contracting the Magical Express Service out to, is going to be providing their own service starting at the first of next year. It's called Mears Connect and you can head over to their website for all of the details.

I hope this helps with some of the questions that you might have had, Lorraine. If you think of anything else, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help.

    Have fun and happy planning!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
