Hello, Jadonna! Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for bringing us your question. It sounds like a trip to the Disneyland Resort is in the works and I'm here to help.
I chatted with a Cast Member who shared that 1-day tickets purchased through the Disneyland website or the
Disneyland app are valid now through December 30, 2024. Multi-day tickets purchased through the website or Disneyland app must be used within 13 days of first use, or by January 12, 2025, whichever comes first. Keep in mind this is subject to change depending on when you purchase your tickets. Once you purchase your ticket, the expiration date will be indicated in your confirmation email. To add more assurance, once tickets expire, not all is lost. Wholly unused, expired tickets can be used towards the purchase of a new ticket as long as the price of the new ticket is equal to or greater in value than the purchase price of the original ticket. Make sure to pay close attention to the
Disney eTicket Terms and Conditions for additional guidance.
I hope this is helpful, Jadonna. The next step is to decide when you'd like to visit. This year is a great time to visit Disneyland with all of the exciting things happening. The
Disney100 Celebration just kicked off last weekend along with the opening of
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. The
"Magic Happens" Parade will be returning to Disneyland Park on February 24 shortly followed by the reopening of
Mickey's Toontown on March 8. As you can see, many exciting things are happening, with many more on the way. Keep in mind, you will also need a
theme park reservation along with your valid theme park ticket for your visit.
If you have any other questions as you continue to plan, please come back and visit us at planDisney. Whenever you decide to visit, I hope you have a magical time. Thanks again for stopping by!
Happy planning!
Michelle
