Hey there! Hi there, Caitlin! As an Annual Passholder, I am thrilled at the thought of welcoming you to the family. Having an Annual Pass is practically perfect for Disney magic all year long!
An Annual Pass has
so many benefits, including access to the theme parks,
discounts and occasional extras like V.I.Passholder Summer Days, exclusive merchandise and even
discounted offers on resort stays.
I have heard you can use a Disney Gift Card and a credit card to purchase an Annual Pass online by entering the gift card first and then paying the remaining balance with a credit card. I have not had this experience when using multiple gift cards. This requires a Cast Member's assistance. To use a
Disney Gift Card and
Disney Rewards Redemption card, you can call
Tickets and Hotel Reservations or visit Guest Services at the theme parks. With the flick of the wand (and entering a bunch of gift card numbers and security codes), they can get your Annual Pass
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo-ked!If you have not yet converted your Disney Reward Dollars to a redemption card, you may want to try one of my favorite tricks: use the "Pay Yourself Back" feature on the
Disney Rewards Visa card. Once I discovered this option, I stopped using a redemption card. Basically, you charge your Disney purchases to the credit card, then go to the Chase website or app, log into your account and apply your Reward Dollars to Disney purchases made within the last 90 days. It's one less card to carry, and you don't have to enter the card information each time you use it for
mobile food ordering or
Merchandise Mobile Checkout. It's so easy!
Caitlin, I hope you enjoy your magical year at Walt Disney World Resort! Remember, once you are a part of this world, you will need
theme park reservations. And remember to check out "Passholder Buzz" on the
My Disney Experience app. It will keep you updated on all the special offerings for Passholders.
Magic Awaits!
