    How do I redeem my rewards card on line for buying tickets?

    Hello, Louise! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am assuming you are referring to the rewards you earn when making purchases with your Disney Rewards Visa card. To redeem any rewards, you will need a Disney Rewards Redemption Card which you can order by logging into to your Disney Rewards Visa account. When it arrives, you will activate it and then transfer rewards to the redemption card. I spoke with a Cast Member today and was informed that the Disneyland Resort website is unable to accept Disney Rewards Redemption Cards as payment for tickets at this time. However, you can call (714) 781-4400 to purchase your tickets that way. Or, you can use your redemption card to purchase tickets at a ticket booth once you arrive at the Disneyland Resort.

    If you are purchasing a Disneyland Resort vacation package, then you should be able to use your redemption card to purchase the package online. If you have additional questions, I recommend contacting the Disney Rewards Program directly at 1-800-300-8575 or disneyrewards@email.disneyrewards.com.
