    How do I use or redeem my reward points on my Disney Visa Card?

    Hi, Pamela!

    I just love my Disney Rewards Visa Card!  What a great way to save for a magical vacation.

    You will want to view your online Chase account (or give them a call!)  From there, you will be able to redeem your Disney Dream Reward Dollars.   You will be mailed a card that will have your credit on it. You can use this just like you use a gift card at any location in Walt Disney World that accepts credit/gift cards.  With each transaction, your balance will be printed on your receipt.

    If ordering your Disney Dream Reward Dollars for a vacation, allow 3 full weeks for your card to arrive.  If you are worried about getting your card on time, you can also stop by a Guest Relations window outside any theme park or at Downtown Disney.
