Welcome to planDisney! I was lucky enough to take advantage of this perk a couple of weeks ago, so I’m happy to help you out!
Once your
Disney World resort check-in day is here, you’ll find your water park ticket in the Tickets and Passes section of your My Disney Experience app. To find it, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of your app, then click My Tickets & Passes. You may need to swipe sideways to see the ticket. It will be labeled “Resort Guest Water Park Arrival Day Benefit.”
I was able to scan right in using my MagicBand, but you’ll also see the option to save to your phone’s wallet so you can use your ticket that way.
Remember, as a part of this year’s
Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon are open, so you’ll have options! We chose to go to
Blizzard Beach this time, and really enjoyed Teamboat Springs and Ski Patrol Training Camp. In the past, we’ve gone to
Typhoon Lagoon and spent almost all of our time in the Ketchakiddee Creek area. Of course, the lazy river at both of the water parks is always a must for us, too!
