    How do we redeem day two of a two day Florida resident pass we purchased in September?

    Hi Kimberly!

    Thanks for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! I am happy to be helping a fellow Floridian! You can redeem you second day by make a park pass reservation on the Disney Park Pass system and tapping in to the park! Making a park pass reservation wouldn't automatically redeem the second day, it is when you actually tap in to the park that the ticket is redeemed. Be sure to check your tickets on your My Disney Experience Account to ensure that there are no blockout dates and/or expiration dates. Hope this answers your question Kimberly.
