I am recovering from an illness and surgery. I cannot walk long distances or stand in a queue for long periods. Other than making arrangements for an ECV to be delivered to our resort are there other concerns? I cannot miss my annual trip to WDW.

    Welcome to planDisney, Timothy!

We are kindred spirits. There is nothing that will keep me away from my annual trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Thankfully, Walt Disney World Resort is very accommodating AND it sounds like you’re already pretty prepared for this adventure!

I’m so glad that you already have arrangements for an Electric Conveyance Vehicle to be delivered to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel. That is going to make a world of difference for you! You may take a look at Disability Access Service as a way to help you with the traditional lines, Timothy. Since you will be visiting the parks after November 1, 2021, you do qualify for Disability Access Service Advance. This would give you the opportunity to chat virtually with a Cast Member about your options. I would highly recommend utilizing this service.

If you have additional questions, Timothy, we hope to hear from you again at planDisney! Enjoy your annual trip, and give a wave to Mickey and Minnie for me!
