I’m sorry to hEAR that your husband is not showing up in your
My Disney Experience mobile app on your new phone. Since your login information and your
Family & Friends list should be the same on both your computer and your mobile device, I have to think this is just a glitch in the system. I would recommend signing out of the app on your phone and signing in again to see if your Family & Friends list will repopulate.
If that doesn’t solve your problem, I would recommend reaching out to the
My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ helpline to speak with a Cast Member over the phone. Make sure you have the email address associated with your
My Disney Experience account handy when you call, as this is what the Cast Member will use to look up your information.
