I would like some recommendations on hotels to watch the fireworks displays from our room. Can you recommend a hotel and which side/room type to select?

    Hi Chantel,

If you hope to watch the fireworks from your hotel room at Walt Disney World, you can't beat a room with a theme park view at Disney's Contemporary Resort or at Bay Lake Tower. (These are the tallest resorts in the Magic Kingdom area of Walt Disney World.  Be sure to request a room on a high floor.)  As you stand out on your private balcony at either of these resorts you'll feel like you can almost reach out and touch those stunning fireworks.  As a young child, I stayed with my family at Disney's Contemporary Resort several times and we used to enjoy the fireworks nightly from the comfort of our room.  Thirty years later, I still have lovely memories from those magical experiences I shared with my family.

Have fun planning your next Walt Disney World vacation!  Let us know if there's anything more we can do to assist you.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
