What recommendations can you give About the Disney dining plan and whether it is worth it or not. Would a 2 year old purchase a meal plan or are they free under 3?

    Hi Courtney,

My family uses the Disney Dining Plan every chance we get!  I've traveled to Walt Disney World both with and without the Plan and have found that the savings the Plan provides are huge, particularly if your travel party includes children under 10!

Your two-year-old is not eligible to purchase the Disney Dining Plan but don't worry.  He or she is welcome to share from your plate or help him- or herself at the buffets where your family dines without cost.  If you are at a quick service or a la carte restaurant, you can simply pay out of pocket for whatever your son or daughter wishes to have from the menu.

Let me know if you have any further questions about using the Disney Dining Plan.  I think you'll find that the flexibility and cost-efficacy of this program make it a great option to add to your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation.

Best wishes for a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
