Hi Wendy,
My family really likes to try restaurants that we don't have near us or those that are unique to Disney when we are visiting there. We ate at
Wolfgang Puck Café in August and we all really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is fun and lively and the food dishes are a fusion of Asian and California cuisine. It was a little different than our typical southern dishes but was delicious.
Signature dishes at Wolfgang Puck Café include vegetarian dishes, wood-fired gourmet pizzas, hand-tossed salads, piquant pastas, savory sandwiches and decadent desserts. Even if you have picky eaters in your family, they'll enjoy the pizzas and pastas. Our server was awesome and she answered all of our questions before we ordered. They even have a sushi bar if that is your thing. You can find sample menus on the link above.
They have a dining area next to the bar that has windows all around. It was a little more quiet in that area and allowed us to talk about all the adventures we were having during our trip. Our table also offered us a view of the TVs in the bar area and my little sports fans were thrilled about that.
Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
