Do you recommend wearing a bathing suit under your clothes for the water rides?

Hi Amber! Thanks so much for sharing your questions with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited for you as you plan your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort! Please keep the questions coming. We are thrilled to be able to help you plan!

The swim suit idea is a great one, but I'll let you know we switched to moisture wicking clothes a few years ago and it was a game changer. In particular, since you are traveling in late July, you will want to be cool. The moisture wicking clothes were cooler than the heavy cotton shirts we once wore. Plus - they dried quickly if we were rained on or soaked from an attraction.

Another recommendation I will make is to take two pairs of comfortable shoes with you, as well as some newspaper. If your shoes are wet when you return to your Resort hotel room, place newspaper inside of your shoes and it will help them dry faster.

I absolutely love this question! It shows how much thought you are putting into your planning!

Thanks, again, for sharing your questions with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
