Do you recommend a stroller rental for tired kids ages 6&8? Is the double stroller ok for kids 90lbs and 45 lbs?

    Hey Bethany!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your excellent question about stroller rentals at Walt Disney World Resort.

Bethany, I most certainly recommend a stroller rental for tired Mouseketeers. My daughters both still use strollers while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Our strollers offer them the perfect place to rest, nap and even snack. They also offer great “seating” for parades and other outdoor entertainment options.

The double strollers available for rental at Walt Disney World Resort are recommended for children 100 pounds or less. The single strollers available for rental at Walt Disney World Resort are recommended for children 50 pounds or less. The double stroller is not suitable for your children as they exceed the 100 pound limit.
You will need a double stroller for your 90 pound child and a single stroller for your 45 pound child.

Bethany, if you have any additional questions, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are always here to help you plan the “practically perfect” Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
