    Do you recommend San Angel Inn or La Hacienda San Angel?

    Hi Kimberly!

    I like both restaurants, but for different reasons.  First, let me state that I enjoy the food at both, though it's a little more expensive at La Hacienda for what I like to order.  My children really enjoy San Angel Inn because it is inside the Mexican Pavilion and it seems like it is night in there all the time.  They also like watching guests enjoy themselves on the nearby attraction.  To be honest, I do think the atmosphere in San Angel Inn is much better.  However, if you want to watch Illuminations, Epcot's nighttime spectacular, while dining, then I recommend going with La Hacienda.  It has huge windows with a view of World Showcase Lagoon.

    I recommend visiting the independent website AllEars.Net.  There you can see the menu, including prices, for all of the restaurants at Walt Disney World.  That may help you chose between the two.  By the way, if you decide you do want to watch Illuminations while dining, I recommend making a reservation at 7:30 or 8:00 and then waiting for Illuminations at 9:00.
