Would you recommend getting the DDP and making ADRs for each day, when traveling with a 9mth old? Taking our (1st) new baby in Nov but she is only 4mths now so we don't know what her eating habits will be like at 9mths. We have been many times pre-baby.

    Hi Sasha,

First of all, congratulations on your new addition to your family!  I am thrilled to hear that you will be bring your new baby to Walt Disney World, this will be a wonderful trip for you, taking your child to Wait Disney World for the first time is so magical.  I am tearing up just thinking about it!  Deciding to add the Disney Dining Plan to your Magic Your Way Package with an infant can be tricky.  You will want to make sure you are following the lead of your infant, sticking to her schedule as much as possible. On the other hand, sitting down for a nice meal is part of the fun at Walt Disney World Resort, but dining with a cranky infant is never fun.

Personally, I would still go with the Disney Dining Plan.  Make your Advanced Dining Reservations according to your infant's schedule, so that she will be alert and happy for the reservation.  The Cast Members are very helpful when it comes to infants and toddlers, if you need something specific, don't hesitate to ask, the Cast Members will do their best to accommodate everyone's needs.  With the Disney Dining Plan you will be able to have some nice dining opportunities, but still have the flexibility of Quick-Service options as well.

I hope that helps Sasha.  If you have any other questions or need any other tips for touring Walt Disney World with your princess, please send me a follow-up question.  I would be happy to help make your "Disney Time" even more magical.
