Where would you recommend to eat dinner for the 4th of July in Disney?

    Hey Crystal!

The 4th of July is bound to be a great time at Walt Disney World. You'll soon be surrounded in the magic. I will caution you that the 4th of July will see very heavy crowds, and historically speaking, the Parks can close due to hitting crowd capacity. Keep this in mind as you plan your dining reservations. A couple of my suggestions below are not located within the Parks, but perhaps you may wish to enjoy the evening outside of the heavy crowds.

Dining during a holiday really requires Advanced Dining Reservations. I'm uncertain how many are traveling in your party, but a quick search online for four guests offered many options still available. If you'll be at Disney's Hollywood Studios, I'd highly recommend the Fantasmic! Dinner Package. Currently tables are available at both Hollywood & Vine or The Hollywood Brown Derby around 4:00 p.m. Purchasing the dinner package will provide you VIP reserved seating for Fantasmic! It's a win-win for both dining and entertainment.

Have you considered the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue? This rambunctious dinner show will entertain all ages in your party. The food selections are down-home style fare like fried chicken, ribs, baked beans and delicious cornbread.

My dining search also offered Cape May Cafe as an option. Our family loves the all-you-care-to-eat seafood buffet at Disney's Beach Club Resort. It's one of our must-dos on every trip. Nothing says the 4th of July like New England style clams, crab legs, mussels and clam chowder.

I hope my suggestions were helpful, Crystal. Be sure to book your Advanced Dining Reservations as soon as possible by clicking the Dining link, or by calling 407-WDW-DINE, 407-939-3463.

    Wishing you a MAGICAL vacation!
