    When do you recommend going to Disney? I don't want to go when it's overly crowded or too hot, just because I want it to be a fun and comfortable experience for my family. Thanks!

    Howdy, Elisha!  It is always great hearing from a fellow Texan!

    I can definitely understand wanting to feel comfortable while visiting Walt Disney World.  The summer months can be unbearable and the frustration levels tend to be at an all-time high during this time of year. The crowds. during the summer months, will only add to that frustration level.  

    Historically, the lowest attendance rates have been during the following months:
    • the month of January (right after the New Year's experience)
    • first two weeks in December
    • first two weeks in October 
    • last two weeks in September
    I would definitely sit down with your family and decide from the list I have provided.  I think you will certainly enjoy your experience should you choose to visit this MAGICAL place during any of these months.
