Do you recommend the Deluxe Dining Plan for two 16 year old boys and a husband that eats like a body builder?

    Hi Jodi!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If I interpret your question correctly, this means you have three eternally hungry guys to feed?  And if this is so, the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan will suit them perfectly.  Everyone within your Resort reservation has to have to same Disney Dining Plan, so you would need to have the Deluxe Dining Plan too - but if it's too much food for you, you can always offer your dessert or appetizer to your family if they are still peckish!  Let me show you what you will receive, in terms of meals:  per person, per night of stay, you will receive three Meals (of your choice - Quick-Service, or Table-Service, breakfast, lunch or dinner), two Snacks and a refillable resort mug which can be refilled at the beverage stations at any Disney Resort hotel with select fountain drinks, and tea, coffee and hot chocolate, for the length of your stay. A Quick-Service meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner is an entree and a beverage.  A beverage in all cases can be non-alcoholic (for example this could be a milkshake, or a smoothie or a simple soda, tea or coffee), or an alcoholic drink for guests of age 21 and over.  A Table-Service breakfast is an entree, or a full buffet, and a beverage.  A Table-Service lunch or dinner will be an appetizer, entree, dessert and a beverage.  Generally, if you have a family with very healthy appetite, the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan will probably suit you!

If you feel that three good meals per day is too much food, I recommend making reservations at some of the Signature dining locations which require two Table-Service credits each, so you are not left with any outstanding credits at the end of your stay.  However, if you arrive at your last day with some entitlements left on your balance, visit your Resort hotel shop, or Quick-Service restaurant, and ask if you can convert your meal credits into three snacks, which you can then enjoy on your homeward journey, or take home as souvenirs or gifts! Please note that converting dining credits is entirely at the restaurant's discretion. Dining reservations are recommended at all Table-Service locations, and these can be made up to 180 days in advance either online, or by using your My Disney Experience mobile app.  If you want to check your balance at any time, you can see this on your My Disney Experience account, or ask your server at any restaurant.  Your balance will also be printed on your dining receipts.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
