Can you recommend counter service meals that are big enough to share?

    Hi Stacie!

How very smart of you to want to maximize the cost savings of your counter service dining experience! You are correct that there are typically some locations that offer larger than usual portions. I have two favorite unofficial resources for all-things-Disney-food. One  can be found at www.disneyfoodblog.com. Simply select "Best Disney World Restaurants" and then, scroll down for options on counter service meals. The other is www.mousesavers.com. Type in "Dining Tips and Tricks" in the search box at the upper left hand corner and then, scroll down to the 2012 or 2013 plans for plenty of ideas on making the most out of quick service meals to include locations with larger portion sizes for sharing.

I personally love Sunshine Seasons at the Land Pavilion in Epcot due to the variety of unusual fast food selections and multiple side items added to each meal that make for a delightful apportionment. While I'm a vegetarian, I've been told the oak-grilled rotisserie chicken is more than enough to share with others.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel! Wishing you a delicious vacation!
