Do you recommend bringing a stroller into the parks or renting one there?

    Hi, Jessica!

I’m glad you’re planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort…I’m a big fan of introducing little ones to the magic of Disney early on. There’s something extra special about seeing the Happiest Place on Earth through our kids’ young eyes!

I have a 3-year-old, and we always bring our own stroller along on Disney trips. I like having it available for use in the airport (if we fly there) and as we make our way around the entire resort. Rented strollers may be used in Disney California Adventure Park and Disneyland Park, but they cannot be taken to the Downtown Disney District or the resort hotels. My son is also more comfortable in a stroller that he’s familiar with, and the resort’s basic rental models don’t recline or have cup holders. If you think you’ll use a stroller quite often and don’t mind traveling with it, I do suggest bringing your own.

I hope this information helps you plan, Jessica! Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
