Do you recommend booking your vacation package online or by phone? Is there a difference, or an advantage to speaking to a person?

    Hi Elisa,

I always try to book online if at all possible.  When you book your package you will receive a complimentary package of goodies that you only get with online bookings.  This package varies from time to time, but currently you will receive: 1 Disney's PhotoPass Certificate for a 5x7 photo, 1 certificate for savings on renting the Sea Raycers (90 minutes for the price of 60 minutes), these are speed boats located at select Disney Resorts, 1 Miniature Golf certificate (for one round of golf per reservation) and a $15.00 Planet Hollywood gift certificate (valid for food and non- alcoholic beverages) located in the Downtown Disney West Side.  Here is a link to booking packages online and the benefits of doing so.  Please also visit this link for certain restrictions that may apply.

I do sometimes need to book by phone if, for example, I need a specific type of room (like a suite) or if I have special requests that sometimes only one of their agents will be able to help with.

I hope this helps you, have fun planning!!
