can you get recliners in the resort room?

Greetings, Tawnya, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m glad you’re hEAR with your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room question. Disney has all sorts of guests that need various sleeping arrangements, and I’ve had a wide array of bed options when I’ve visited.

Sadly, there are currently no recliners in any of the Resort hotel rooms, but if you are in need of one for any medical condition or necessary sleeping arrangement, some guests have rented recliners through CARE Medical. Disney Cast Members will gladly remove small furniture items in order to make this delivery convenient. I’ve personally asked Housekeeping for a large amount of pillows and pillowcases and built my own “bed pillow fort” (as my husband called it) and reclined bed position so I could sleep when I was pregnant and on vacation.

I hope you are able to make the necessary arrangements for your vacation to be as magical as possible, and please return to the Panel if you need more assistance. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! ~ Lindsey P.
