is there a recipe for the tiramisu at Via Napoli in Epcot? My husband & granddaughter had it for dessert when they had dinner there & they said it was wonderful. I would love to try to make it at home if there is a recipe.

Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Joan! I’m glad you’re hEAR! And how was your vacation?! Did your granddaughter enjoy her awesome teenage visit? I know you’re so happy!

Now that Tiramisu in Epcot’s Via Napoli is really something. I’m not sure what the secret ingredient is, since the formal recipe isn’t published, but I’m sure you can make a lovely one at home with a standard recipe. The trickiest part is soaking those lady fingers. If you’d really like a Via Napoli copycat recipe for another dish, you can check out the unofficial blog, Disney Recipes for a Tiramisu Martini for you and your husband, or try your hand at Via Napoli’s Eggplant Parmesan, Zeppole di Ricotta, or even the Carciofi Grilled Pizza. Let me know how they turned out!

If you find yourself back in the Parks anytime soon, you will want to stop back by the Italy Pavilion. There’s an artistic food cart in the shape of a Donkey and Pull-Cart that sells cold treats. One of these is a Tiramisu Push-Pop… you don’t have to have a reservation any more to enjoy this amazing dessert! I hope you have some tasty kitchen magic while planning your next trip.
