Do you have a recipe for the Mickey Waffles?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Krista! My tummy drives many of my park visits as I zigzag between food carts and walk-ups for my favorite Disney snacks. Our most recent family trip had us searching out Mickey waffles each morning for breakfast!

While the Disney Parks Blog hasn’t released a recipe for this must-have breakfast item, there are a lot of copycat recipes out there. A very popular source for a recipe is TheDisneyChef.com. They give specific instructions for folding in (not mixing) the egg whites which contributes to a very fluffy waffle. I think you’ll be pleased with the outcome. My family doesn’t have a Mickey waffle iron (we make waffle sticks) but my son has had his eye on a Death Star waffle maker since Christmas passed. He’s a Star Wars kid through and through!

I hope you have a yummy breakfast, and don’t forget to order some Joffrey’s Disney Parks coffee to compliment your morning. It’s just like being on vacation! ~ Lindsey P.
