Annual Passholder family.
Unfortunately, the opt out link that I received to cancel our annual passes expired on August 11. When I click on that link, it does provide a number that you can call if you have special circumstances. That V.I.PASSHOLDER support number is 407-939-7277. I also called to speak with a Cast Member and she confirmed that you will need to call in to discuss your annual pass options with a Cast Member.
If you had everyone listed in your Family & Friends list with their annual passes linked in
My Disney Experience, you should be able to inquire about those as well. If not, do still ask to see how they might be able to help. Remember to check the
Annual Pass updates and know that your options may depend on how you paid for that annual pass. Since we paid in full, we had the option to cancel. Instead, we chose to keep the passes with the new expiration dates!
With our new annual pass expiration dates, we will be able to use our annual passes for a trip this April. As you look towards the future to make plans, remember to check the
operational updates as well as updates for the
theme parks,
dining, and
