All final balances for
Walt Disney World Vacation packages are due 30 days before your arrival date. If you are getting close to the 30-day mark, that probably explains why you received a notification. Based on your question, you believe there may be a discrepancy in the system. One way to get a better idea of the situation is through
My Disney Experience, the central hub for planning. To do this, access your My Disney Experience account and navigate to “My Plans.” You should see the details for your upcoming trip, including hotel confirmation, park pass reservations, and dining reservations. To see your remaining balance, select “Make Payment,” and it will show you how much the system has registered as remaining.
If you don’t see a remaining balance, then your suspicions are correct, and you have already paid in full (sometimes the email notification system is a little delayed). If you are sure that you have paid your final balance, but you still see a total remaining, I would highly recommend reaching out to a magical Cast Member at (407)-939-4357. They will be best able to assist you by accessing your payment history.
