I have recieved my 2 day park tickets through the post (they are cards) scanned them on the app. Shows all 3 of us have magic cards, but when I click onto my tickets it only shows my husbands and daughter! Is this a problem when it comes to fastpass

    Hi Charlene!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's always a pleasure to answer questions from my fellow UK Guests. From reading our question, I am assuming you mean you are able to see MagicBands for the three of you, but are having difficulty viewing your Walt Disney World Resort park tickets on your My Disney Experience Account?  I am sure the ticket is there somewhere, but just to ensure you are all set up for your FastPass+ reservation day, and as you may need some technical assistance with this, I recommend that you call the Technical Support team on UK freephone number 0800 169 0749, or if you have made your booking direct with the Walt Disney Travel Company International, you can call 0800 028 0778 (also a freephone UK number) between noon-10.00pm daily for any technical support with My Disney Experience.  Please have your booking reference handy when you call.

I see your arrival date will soon be here, also meaning that your FastPass+ reservation day will soon be here too.  If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, your 60-day window opens up on 9th April 2020, and if you are staying elsewhere your 30-day window opens on 9th May 2020 at 12.00 noon (UK).  Sometimes it opens a little earlier, so I am always ready to select my favourite attractions at 11.45am!

Dining reservations at Table-Service restaurants are also highly recommended, and these can be made up to 180 days in advance, online or by using your My Disney Experience account.

Please come back and visit us again if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and updates on any events that may be happening during your stay.
