I recieved annual passes for my family from my In-Laws. My husband and I are planning on taking our kids for our first use and my In-Laws are not going. I know that we will need the credit card that the passes were purchased with but do we need her ID too?

    Hi Carrie!

Wow...what a great gift from your In-Laws!!!  If I lived in Florida, my family would definitely have a Disney World Annual Pass!

I checked with a Cast Member today about your question.  She told me that if the passes are in your In-Law's name, they will have to be there with their credit card and ID to pick up the tickets. She also said the best thing to do is to call 407-566-4985 (press option #2) and explain your situation to a Disney Cast Member directly.  They are open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Saturday.

I know with a little faith, hope, and some pixie dust, you will find a workable solution to your question.

If there is something else I can do to help, please let me know!

    Have a magical day!
