    It said I should recieve my planning DVD in 2-3 weeks but it has been 2 months?!? Should I order it again?? Thank You for any info.

    I ordered my own Disney Parks Vacation Planning DVD just so that I could share it with family and friends (and to see what's new on the DVD...help me survive the months between visits...) and received mine in about 2 1/2 weeks.

    Before you try to place another order (which may be difficult, since the website states that this offer is only available one per household) speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277 to see if there was an issue with your order. If so, that CM can surely assist you with getting that DVD to your home as quickly as possible, as I'm sure you are chomping at the WDW-planning bit to get started!
