I recently went to galaxies edge to build a light saber. I am concerned that the light saber blade specifically tends to wobble. Is there a solution to fix this?

Bright suns, Connor! Welcome to planDisney. Thank you so, so much for bringing us your question!

I'm so happy to hear that you built a custom lightsaber at Savi's Workshop. These one-of-a-kind souvenirs are a perfect way to remember your adventures at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge! I personally loved the ceremony and the entire experience when I built mine, so I really hope you had a positive impression too.

Connor, please keep in mind that Savi's lightsabers are not meant to be used as toys or costume props. My lightsaber's blade also has a slight wobble when I move it, simply because the materials are very fragile. If you were to tighten the bolts around the hilt, you could end up breaking the blade! My recommendation would be for you to find a secure spot to display your lightsaber, making sure to touch or move it only when it needs to be dusted or cleaned up.

If you really wish to use your lightsaber as a toy, you could always secure the blade to the hilt using a little bit of double-sided heavy duty tape. However, I really don't recommend this! I think that Savi's lightsabers look amazing when used as decorative items. If you'd like to purchase a lightsaber to play with or to use as a costume prop, I encourage you to check out shopDisney's plastic lightsaber collection. My favorite one is this Darth Vader lightsaber toy!

I hope this helps, Connor! If you have any other questions, you know just where to find us. We're always available and more than happy to help!

May the Force be with you,
