Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Robin! It’s nice to hear from you again.
I hope you had the best, BEST time at
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! My family attended a few weeks ago, and I felt the Christmas magic as we sat on Main Street, U.S.A. with the snow falling and
my very favorite parade approaching.
Like you, I love to pick up a Christmas ornament to remember each visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, and I’m so sorry to hear your Mickey ornament met a sad end during your trip home. Your best bet is to contact Merchandise Guest Services to see if they can send a new one. They can be reached by phone at 877-560-6477 between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you’d prefer, you can also send an email to Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. Be ready to provide as much information as possible - f you have your receipt and/or the tag from the ornament, that’s great, but if not, a thorough description, where you purchased it, and approximately what you paid are all helpful.
Party-exclusive merchandise is often not available online, but you could also check the Shop Merchandise section of the
My Disney Experience mobile app (I see 65 results when I search “Mickey Ornament,” although many are in-store only). If Merchandise Guest Services can’t help, you could also search for the ornament online, as sometimes personal shoppers or eBay sellers have these collectibles available; just check their reviews carefully, as it would not be magical to have a bad shopping experience or be overcharged.
Robin, I’m sending candy cane scented pixie dust that you’re able to find a replacement ornament quickly and easily, and that Mickey’s smiling at you from your tree very soon! Have the most magical holiday season!
Wishing you a merry and magical Christmas,
Robyn
