I recently visited Walt Disney World with my daughter and we loved Animal Kingdom, but I have never visited Disneyland. We are considering either going back to Walt Disney World or going to Disneyland, do you have any advice on which we should visit?

    Hey there, Seth!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love that you are considering a trip to Walt Disney's original Magic Kingdom at the Disneyland Resort in California.

As someone who grew up visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida to now vacationing between both coasts, I can tell you that each location definitely is unique with its own charms. We love that we can experience most of the Disneyland Resort in just a few days and everything on property is accessible by foot. The ease of being able to head back to our Disneyland Resort Hotel room for a break during the day and return back to the parks in minutes is priceless.

There are also a lot of experiences, attractions, and entertainment unique to this Resort with more to come in the future. My family LOVES cruising in Cars Land at Disney California Adventure Park that immerses you in this film with three attractions, shopping, and adorable dining locations like the Cozy Cone Motel and Flo's V8 Cafe. Disney California Adventure Park also has the unique land of Grizzly Peak putting you right in a Redwood forest. Kids here love the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail when they want to explore and let off a little energy and also Grizzly River Run if they want to cool off. You will also get to meet unique Marvel Characters in this park as well as ride the thrilling Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! Recently Pixar Pier also was re-imagined letting you experience themed attractions and treats featuring familiar Pixar films.

Over in Disneyland Park, you may see some familiar sites, but even these are slightly different than their Florida counterparts like an extended Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion with new scenes, and a different Space Mountain to name a few. I also love the classic attractions in Fantasyland that are unique to this park.

I can't wait for your Fantasmic vacation!
