Lightsabers on Starcruiser

    I recently visited Savi's Workshop with my son, and we had to ship our lightsabers home. The form I filled out has what appears to be a reference number, but not a tracking number. How would I locate my actual tracking number to track the shipment?

    Welcome to planDisney! I hope you and your young Padawan enjoyed your visit to Batuu. I’m sure you both can’t wait to get your Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge artifacts. Building my lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop is one of my most treasured memories.

    Items shipped from the galaxy far, far away at Walt Disney World Resort are traditionally transported via either United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. You should’ve received the tracking number listed on the form you mentioned. If you are not seeing the tracking information, your next best step is to reach out to Merchandise Guest Services for help locating your item. They are available Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM EST via phone at 1-877-560-6477 or by email at Merchandise.guestservices@disneyparks.com.
