Recently visited Epcot 5 days ago and am trying to purchase an annual pass. Per Disney’s site, I am able to use the cost of that purchased/used ticket towards an AP within 14 days however I can’t seem to find the linked ticket to upgrade after scanning?

    Hi Jennifer!

I hope you had a fantastic visit to Epcot. I just got back from my own trip to Walt Disney World Resort and I loved enjoying the tasty treats throughout World Showcase at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival! Standard theme park tickets can be upgraded to Annual Passes provided that you are within 14 days of the first use of your ticket and you have remaining admissions on your ticket. So if you have already used all of the admissions on your ticket, it will no longer show up on your My Disney Experience mobile app and it is no longer eligible for an upgrade. I recommend that you call (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277 to see if there is anything they can do to help you and to get additional information about all of the options you have to become an Annual Passholder.

Jennifer, I think it's a great idea to get an Annual Pass because the Disney Imagineers are working on quite a few new things for the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs that you can enjoy over the next year! I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about the new things coming to Walt Disney World Resort that you can enjoy with your Annual Pass. Let us know if you need additional help planning your future trips. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
