Hi, there!
Welcome back to planDisney, Darlene. We are so happy to see you again! We just love when you stop by.
The stroller wagons you saw on your most recent visits may very well have been permitted as an exception. The Walt Disney World Resort rules very clearly state that
stroller wagons are prohibited. That said, the Walt Disney World Resort is committed to making sure that Guests with disabilities have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable visit! If you think your precious grandchild would be better accommodated in a stroller wagon than in your jogging stroller, I encourage you to contact Disability Services by calling (407) 560-2547 or emailing disability.services@disneyparks.com. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to discuss your grandchild's unique needs with you!
I also recommend reviewing the available
Services for Guests with Disabilities on the Walt Disney World Resort website. This resource has lots of helpful information! You may find that these services will help you and your grandchild have a more magical visit to the
theme parks.
I hope this was helpful, Darlene. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your next Disney vacation!
Ashley
