Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Matthew!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are so excited to answer your question! It is an honor to serve incredible Guests like YOU!
I am so sorry that two people in your party were not able to experience the MAGIC of
Disneyland Park with you. Mickey Mouse and his pals totally understand when schedules change, but please tell your friends they were GREATLY missed!
I want to let you know that
Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable; HOWEVER, Guests do have some flexibility with their unused tickets. My recommendation would be to look for the expiration date on your tickets. From there, I would check your schedule and the
Disneyland Theme Park Availability Calendar to see if you are able to find another date to visit the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!
Guests are also able to apply their unused theme park ticket towards the purchase of a new Disneyland Theme Park Ticket at the current price
so long as your ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.I hope these two options help you in your planning! As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to
The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.
If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!
Have a MAGICAL day!
Wes
