I recently visited Disneyland and California Adventure and ate gluten-free hamburgers at The Red Rose Tavern and Smokejumpers Grill, and I loved the gluten free buns! I wanted to ask what brand of buns these restaurants use, or where I can order them.

    Greetings, Virginia!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Don't you just love how accommodating the Disneyland Resort is to Guests following special diets? There have been so many wonderful additions and substitutions on the menus at both Quick Serve and Table Service restaurants in the parks and Disneyland Resort Hotels.

I'm so delighted to hear you loved your gluten-free meals while on your vacation. Since products and food items are always changing at the Disneyland Resort, you will want to contact the Special Diets team at Special.Diets@disneyland.com for specific questions regarding these allergy-friendly foods. Did you know you can easily search allergy menus right on the Disneyland app whether you are at home or in the parks? This means you can even start planning your meals for the next time you visit the Happiest Place on Earth. With the Disneyland app's mobile order feature, you can not only browse allergy-friendly menus in the park but you can even order and pay for food without having to wait in line. This feature has saved us so much time and has allowed us to experience even more magic on our vacations.

If looking for other gluten-free options, I'd love to suggest some of my favorites. First, you can't go wrong with the delicious and healthy meat and veggie skewers at Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland Park. If you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further than a classic and refreshing Dole Whip or Dole Whip Float. You will also love the new and exotic flavors of soft-serve that await you at Tropical Hideaway in Disneyland Park and Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats in Disney California Adventure Park.

I hope this is helpful, and please return if you have any other questions. Have a Fantasmic day!
