    I was recently upgraded to Saratoga Springs resort. However, i read somewhere that if you wanted maid service you have to pay extra, Is this true. I read it on a non disney web site.

    Congratulations on scoring a great upgrade!  Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort is a vacation club property, so for guests that are staying there for a "home away from home" vacation (using their vacation club points), daily Mousekeeping is not provided.  Guests staying using vacation club points can receive daily Mousekeeping for an additional fee.

    Since I am assuming that your upgrade was complimentary from a regular resort vacation package (not vacation club), you will receive daily Mousekeeping services for no additional charge.  I always suggest leaving you Mousekeeper a small gratuity each day if you are happy with the service you have received.

    Have a great time, Saratoga Springs Resort is simply beautiful!
