Bri from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I recently upgraded our park hopper tickets to magic key passes. I was able to link mine to my account and tried linking my sons but I do not see it on my app under tickets like I did before and when I try linking a pass it says it already is inked.

    Hello Bri,

Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney, and congratulations on joining the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Program!

It sounds like you were previously able to see both your own Magic Key Pass and your son's Magic Key Pass in your Disneyland Resort mobile app, and yet now you're not able to see both Passes. Instead, you're only able to see your own Magic Key Pass.

I'm hopeful that perhaps, by now, the issue has resolved itself and you're able to see both Passes as expected. If that is not the case, then my best suggestion is to contact the Disneyland Resort and work with a Cast Member who can assist you to troubleshoot the issue. You can reach out to the Disneyland Resort through the "Chat with Us" feature in the Disneyland Resort mobile app. When you tap on the menu icon (the three stacked bars) in the lower right corner of the app and scroll down a bit, you'll see the "Chat with Us" tile to tap. You can also contact the Magic Key Membership Services team by calling (714) 781-7277.

Hopefully, Bri, the talented and friendly Cast Members can make quick work of helping you see your Magic Key Passes as expected.

Here's wishing you all the fun when you visit the Disneyland Resort as Magic Key Holders!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
