    We recently stayed at Walt Disney World. While we were there I did not buy my 4 year old grandson the Jake The Pirate hat that looked like a bandana with black hair all above it. Where can I purchase it now for his birthday?

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you had a wonderfully magical vacation! I'd be happy to help you find the Jake and the Never Land Pirates costume accessory seen in the Parks recently!

    Whenever I have difficulty finding an item through disneystore.com, I'll often contact my local Disney Store to see if they might have the coveted item nearby. If to no avail, I'll contact Disney Merchandise Guest Services directly at (877) 560-6477 to have the item shipped to our home. They are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. You can also reach out to Disney Merchandise Guest Services via email at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com.
