Port Orleans Resort French Quarter Pool

    We recently stayed at Port of Orleans French Quarter and I didn't want to leave...I loved the mattresses and slept better than I had in months with zero back pain. Can you tell me what brand they are?

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your great question.  It is so wonderful to hear that you had a Magical visit during your recent holiday!  I hope you had such a lovely time that you are able to hop over again for another visit real soon.

    I am just like you and always have the best night's sleep while I am visiting Walt Disney World!  There is just something about staying right "in the Magic" that transports me to a place of happiness and joy.  I agree with you that the beds at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, and truly all Walt Disney Resort hotels, are some of the best beds that I have ever slept upon.  My husband, who works in sleep medicine, has remarked that he thinks that Tinker Bell must sprinkle some special Pixie Dust on the beds every night to induce such sweet dreams.  I'm not sure how they do it, but I look forward to it for every visit!

    Terri, the mattresses that are at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter are by Sealy Posturepedic and are the Sayer Prolux LTD Plus Pillowtop.  As one of my fellow Panelists Jessica answered recently, in the United States these mattresses are not sold in regular retail stores.  However, you may be able to purchase them from a hotel supplier in your area.
