We recently stayed at one of Disney's Resorts but need to know how to get an itemized receipt for our stay.

Hey there, Kimberly, and welcome to planDisney! I don’t know about you, but returning home from my Walt Disney World vacation is always an adjustment for me. After a few days of navigating the Theme Parks, you start to realize that actual adulting is hard! Take me back to Mickey Bars and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind any day!

Kimberly, your Guest Folio (Disney Speak for hotel receipt) is typically emailed to Guests the morning they checkout of their Disney Resorts Collection hotel. The Folio is sent to the email address associated with the primary My Disney Experience Account linked to the reservation. If you don’t remember receiving this email, I recommend searching for an email with the subject line “Your Disney Resorts Hotel Receipt.” I recently returned from a Disney Vacation, and this was the subject line of my email. I also suggest searching your spam folder or “promotions” folder if you are a Gmail user. Sometimes my Disney emails end up in those places as well. If you still find that you didn’t receive your Guest Folio, you can reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-6104 for further assistance.

I hope this helps, Kimberly! If you have more questions, stop back by and let me know

You’ve got a friend in me,
