I've recently started counting calories, and we go to Disney in two weeks. Since I've only just started, I'm not good at guesstimating them yet. Any suggestions for a way to get the roundabout number while I'm at the parks?

Mariah, good for you for being so serious about your goal that you are willing to count calories while on your Walt Disney World vacation!

Choose packaged items whenever possible as these foods will have the calories per serving listed. To gain a rough estimate for other foods, I use the Livestrong app to look up similar items. Other apps, such as My Fitness Pal, or even a small portable calorie counting book will also work.

    Good luck!
