I recently set up my digital DVC membership card to my Apple Wallet which now shows my DVC Y status. I've seen videos online where it can also show Disney Visa Card holder status; which I am one. How do I get it to show up along side my membership?

Hey there, Christopher! Welcome back to planDisney and Welcome Home! I am so glad to see you here at planDisney with another fantastic question. I always love chatting with a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member!

Eek! Your next pixie-dusted adventure begins in just a couple of weeks! How exciting! And I'm even more excited to hear that you've successfully downloaded your new digital DVC Membership Card and now have that oh-so-beautiful sight of "DVC Y" on your Disney MagicMobile Pass. I was also one of the DVC Members who had to wait for the proper Membership status to be displayed correctly on my Disney MagicMobile Pass, and I seriously screamed with glee when I finally saw that "DVC Y." Those four little letters equal BIG Membership Magic, and I'm thrilled to hear that you'll be taking advantage of all your perks and discounts on your upcoming vacation. Now, let's get to your question!

Although I am also a Disney Visa Cardholder, for me, that status only shows under Memberships & Passes on My Disney Experience profile and does not show as an affiliation on my Disney MagicMobile Pass. So, I phoned a friend (actually about 50 fellow planDisney panelist friends), and none of the other Disney Visa Cardholders had a Cardholder affiliation on their MagicMobile Pass either. So, I called a super helpful Cast Member with My Disney Experience, and unfortunately, he informed me that Disney Visa Cardmember status does not show as an affiliation on the Disney MagicMobile Passes. But Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" Let's chat about easy ways to use your Disney Visa Card with just a swipe of your phone.

If you are staying at a DVC Resort or any Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can charge purchases to your room with your Disney MagicMobile Pass, so, just add your Disney Visa Card for Hotel Account Charges when you complete or update your Online Check-in on My Disney Experience. Then, you can pay for your delicious dining, stupendous souvenirs and much more with your MagicMobile Pass!

While I know this probably wasn't the answer you were hoping for, Christopher, I hope it was at least helpful! I hope you have the most magical and memorable upcoming vacation, full of fun and Membership magic! Please stop by any time with any planning or DVC questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!

I hope to see ya real soon,

    Mandy
