I recently saw that Disney held an actual coronation for princess Merida. Any announcement of a similar event for Anna & Elsa? Are these events announced far in advance? Any info at all would be great! Thanks

    Hi Joan ~

Merida became the 11th Official Disney Princess on May 11, 2013 in a ceremony in the Magic Kingdom.  It wasn't announced that far in advance but I was excited that we were able to watch it live online.

So far, I haven't heard anything about any similar events being held for Anna and Elsa.  Here's what I'd recommend: Keep your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog in case they make any announcements. You can subscribe to their daily emails so that you'll be notified of new blog posts with all the latest exciting news.  If you're on twitter, be sure to follow @DisneyParks and @WaltDisneyWorld. You can also keep your eyes on the official Walt Disney World Facebook page.

For now, you can meet Anna and Elsa in the Norway Pavilion in Epcot.  You can find the hours for character meet and greets and performance schedules for the day of your visit to the parks by picking up a printed Times Guide as you enter the parks. They are also available at most merchandise locations and Guest Relations. You can also find character appearance schedules along with entertainment schedules by downloading the My Disney Experience Mobile App. This app is free and available for both iPhones and Androids.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
